The Director and thought leader in Clinical and Operational Excellence Practice will be responsible for developing and delivering solution clinical and operational excellence that provides value to our clients and profitable growth to the firms Healthcare Delivery Innovation Practice.
Oversight of all equipment room operations including budgeting, purchasing, fitting, inventory / auditing, laundry / maintenance and staffing for multiple equipment facilities throughout campus; development and maintenance of positive relationships with coaches, student-athletes, and equipment / apparel vendors in the selection and fitting of equipment, to include the review and adherence to equipment and apparel agreements.
Gather, validate, evaluate, and define use scenarios and product requirements through customer and competitor research in collaboration with the relevant Product Strategy roles; develop functional specifications based on the requirements.

Responsible for multiple logistics management functions including inventory planning and optimization, decommissions, capacity management, demand analysis, material resource planning and operations. Additionally, develop and maintain operations budgets for short and long term planning functionalities. As a Director, you will be responsible for coaching and mentoring direct reports to optimize performance and enhance the quality/speed of deployments.
