Assist in development of the Windows Development and Production Environment (WDPE), which is a project that is mandated to establish standards for development and production support for application systems on a Windows platform.
In this role, you must be experience in design of complex databases models and creation of physical database objects from design, administering and controlling the organization's data resources, including multiple relational and non-relational db systems and servers.
In this role, you will be responsible for designing and maintaining an enterprise-class data model. As part of this effort, they also reverse engineer complex new datasets, providing documentation to developers instructing how to map these new datasets to the existing model.
The applicant will be working with the application developers on correct database access procedures and will be asked to write and debug Java code. The applicant may also support the test team by developing scripts that provide scenario data for their environment.
In this role, the selected candidate will lead and provide suggestions and best practices for end to end data deliver; design and architect with the right balance of performance, scalability, ease of consumption.
