In this role, the selected candidate will build strong and transparent relationships with internal clients, ensuring that the contracting process generates positive client experiences and goodwill that will form the foundation for productive and lasting partnerships.
In this position, you will negotiate, draft, revise and finalize contracts between our Human Resource Services 'HRS' Capability Group and Clients, as well as subcontracts between HRS and various vendors.
In this role, you will be responsible for
providing legal advice to clients and responding to requests, on a timely basis, from clients for input on Intellectual Property matters such as licenses and other agreements.
In this role, the selected candidate will be reviewing, drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements including but not limited to vendor/procurement or sales/service agreements, non-disclosure agreements, and licensing, distribution and manufacturing agreements.
In this role, the selected candidate should have familiarity with M&A, venture capital and commercial finance. Representation includes debtors and creditors, including private equity firms, investment and mezzanine funds, investment and commercial banks, finance companies and alternative lending sources, in virtually every type of financial transaction.
In this position, you will be responsible for reviewing, drafting, and negotiating variety of commercial agreements relating to sales, distribution and supply, as well as a variety of R&D-related agreements.
