Oversees the implementation and consistent application of Lean techniques and continually evaluates areas for improvement; Annual assessment, Future factory Vision, continuous improvement road maps, key performance indicators (KPI) metrics, and site maturity.
Managing the relationship with internal stakeholders assembled from various groups (who will not have a direct reporting relationship to the Transition Project Manager), and providing updates to Company Executives and clients. Overseeing internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
Work with the Associate Director, CTPII to develop a global Continuous Improvement strategy that outlines how Continuous Improvement will be applied to Clinical Development. Provide overarching management and guidance on the implementation of this strategic framework within Clinical Development.
The Site Lean Manager will champion and drive implementation of enterprise strategies, including Lean Enterprise implementation, to achieve significant and sustained results to bottom-line profitability.
Coordinating and monitoring the project schedule to ensure customer requirements are met. Also responsible for ensuring project document such as the project management plan, communication plan, requirements matrix, responsibility matrix and wbs is complete accurate and up to date. Must be proficient with the microsoft office suite and microsoft project.
The Continuous Improvement Manager leads, identifies and implements Morgan lean initiatives across the entire company; the role is also responsible for teaching, mentoring and facilitating implementation of the Morgan Manufacturing System.
