The Analyst, Regulatory Compliance is responsible for the communication and documentation associated with Quality Systems and Quality Assurance as part of our Regulatory Compliance requirements and governed by the BioTelemetry Research Quality System Procedures.
In this role, the selected candidate will assists IT process owners in the creation and maintenance of IT policies and procedures to support information assurance and regulatory compliance activities, by providing input on control objectives and activities.

The Regulatory Compliance Analyst is responsible for ensuring overall service and/or department quality standards are met through the support of regulatory testing requirements for Retail Card Services strategic partners.
Act as primary contact for all Supplier Compliance Program Vendor Management inquires related to specific infractions that have occurred or are currently occurring and provide recommendations to the supplier on what they can change to become compliant or escalate a request for an exemption for the specific metric that may be affected
In this role, you will support overall goals on a continual basis is to assist with ensuring that TSA achieves passing or better compliance ratings by the department by adhering to federal and DHS requirements.
