In this role, you will manage the development of incentive programs and the administration of the performance review process; provide consultative services to Finance, managers, and HR Business Partners on compensation decisions.
In this role, the selected candidate will provide technical advisory and implementation resource to local HR/Finance throughout review and change projects in lieu of local in-house technical expertise/resource.
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for directing and planning the day-to-day operations of all group benefits programs including but not limited to; health, dental, vision, disability, workers compensation, 401(k).
In this role, the selected candidate must have the ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with a variety of stakeholders; consultative and collaborative style that allows for influence without authority.
The candidate will partner with talent acquisition, finance, people support business partners, and business leaders to advise and influence ongoing compensation decisions at time of offer, promotion, or other compensation adjustments to ensure their aligned with our compensation philosophy and practices.
This position is responsible for analyzing and designing of global compensation and US benefits programs in order to evaluation internal equity, external competitiveness, and legal compliance of the organizations reward practices.
In this role, you will partner with Finance and broker partners to reconcile benefit billing and ensure accurate and timely payment of vendors and carriers. Track benefits spend, analyze trends, and ensure proper inputs for annual budgeting process.
