In this role, the selected candidate will participate in regular compliance reviews of client and foster parent charts; conduct performance evaluations of each supervisee and manage any supervisee performance issues.
In this role, the selected candidate will develop, organize, and direct department educational activities pertaining to spiritual/pastoral care, guidance and training of student chaplains as they provide spiritual care to patients, families and Hospital employees in accordance with philosophy, mission statement and objectives of the Hospital.
In this role, you will be responsible for
direct oversight of clinical practice nurses ( RN's, LPNs) and Medical Assistants and works in collaboration with the physician ,APP and the OBGYN Adm. Director and management team.
In this role, the selected candidate will participate in matching meetings, placement review meetings and management team meetings as scheduled; facilitate weekly team meetings when Program Director is absent and provide programmatic oversight when the Program Director is absent.
