In this role, you will maintain entity documentation for clinical competency both in terms of tracking and local. Partners with coordinator in the storage, filing, and documentations for accreditation purposes.
In this role, the selected candidate will demonstrate the clinical expertise, leadership, management, communication skills and knowledge of education theory and principle necessary to develop educational programs and achieve optimal educational outcomes.
In this role, you will provide Pastoral Care, assistance and support. Actively participate in Clinical Pastoral Education training program, abiding by CPE policies and completing course requirements as assigned.
The Educator is responsible for assessing, planning, conducting and evaluating the educational programs for colleagues throughout the hospital, with a focus on the Operating Room and Perioperative Services.
