The selected candidate will conducts surveys and studies labor markets to determine compensation trends; applies job evaluation techniques to establish equitable compensation rates within the organization as compared with rates in industry.
The Compensation Analyst is responsible for supporting the implementation and administration of various compensation programs and processes, including but not limited to base pay administration, annual incentive plans, long term incentives, job evaluations, market pricing, survey submission, and merit processing. The Analyst will report to the Director of Compensation and is based in Tysons Corner, VA.
In this position, you will perform with guidance from other team members, routine and recurring plan administration tasks for clients defined benefit plans (e.g., benefit calculations, annual data updates, assist with preparation of benefit statements).
In this position, you will perform job evaluations for new or existing jobs to include writing and updating job descriptions, developing and maintaining a database for all positions with pay grade and pay scale information and creating and distributing reports.
The primary responsibility of the role is to
conduct routine market analysis, performs job evaluation, develops job specifications, conducts annual salary planning process and administers salary programs including salary recommendations.
In this role, the selected candidate will be evaluating job requisitions and internal promotion or reclassification requests, including determining appropriate salary range, grade, title and FLSA status and working with managers and/or recruiters to discuss recommendations.
The benefit analyst is responsible for serving as the day-to-day liaison for our client contacts and their respective healthcare providers and carriers during implementations, open enrollments, and ongoing benefits administration.
In this role, you will obtain compensation data for business development and proposal efforts using various methods including salary surveys, market data, resume database, internet searches and other sources.
