Responsible for reviewing certain federal, state, foreign, payroll, fin 48 tax filings and accounting issues, and misc. State reporting obligations; reviews joint ventures, may be expected to conduct tax research and be responsible for writing tax memos on various tax matters.
In this role, the selected candidate must have the ability to apply mathematical operations to such tasks as frequency distribution, analysis of variance, correlation techniques, sampling theory, and factor analysis.
The Assistant Director of Nursing/Quality Assurance Nurse will work together with the Director of Nursing in attracting and retaining top preforming, talented team members as well as supervising and career coaching existing team members. They will also be responible for the integration and coordination of the facility quality/performance improvement program, medical staff services function, and risk management function.
The Assistant Director of Nursing is responsible for assisting the Director of Nursing in planning, organizing, developing, and directing the day-to-day functions of the Nursing Services Department in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards governing the facility to ensure that the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times.
