Responsible for design, implementation, and maintenance of administrative, financial, or clinical applications. Supports requirements definition, process and use documentation, product testing, product trouble shooting, product upgrades, and report development.
Manage day to day issues including daily health checks of applications and processes, working closely with end users, development staff and Infrastructure teams, to prioritize and resolve and/or mitigate outages.

This position is responsible for ensuring that ICMA-RC's application landscape is secured. You will work with the development teams to ensure the implementation of appropriate security governance (policy, procedures, baselines and monitoring); assess current controls and residual risk for appropriateness, and test compliance of policies, procedures and monitoring.
In this position you will be responsible for defining application requirements, documenting existing system processes and procedures, executing project plans and supporting employees in their day-to-day operations.
