In this role, you will be responsible for all facets of service delivery for the assigned region and requires leadership skills, customer interaction, a strong sense of urgency, and excellent team organizational skills across multiple technology disciplines.
In this role, the selected candidate will manage and maintain the IT service management framework encompassing service fulfillment, change control, incident, problem, request, and access and asset management.
The successful candidate will need to be able to adapt quickly to changes in our business, courageously face new challenges and opportunities and leverage the talents, skills and resources of team members and peers.
In this role, you will provide drafts of identity related plans, policy documentation, partner nation or interagency MOA/MOUs, CONOPS, orders or supporting identity operations Annexes/Appendixes to address SOF equities world-wide that lead to global access and operational authorities.
Responsible for accurately maintaining the AP subsidiary ledgers and all activities associated with AP processing, payments, and reporting for both internal and financial statement purposes within the structure of a centralized Service Delivery Center.
