In this position, you will report to the Commercial Sales Manager. You will be part of a team of qualified Commercial Account Managers that will be responsible for acquisition, retention, and growth of our Commercial Customers.
The RCM Sales Executive is responsible for selling Revenue Cycle management solutions and Debt Recovery Services to an assigned geographical region to Hospital, Medical Clinic, and Large Medical Practice prospects and clients.
Collaborate and interact with Account Executives on overall territory sales planning, calling strategies, marketing strategies, and providing progress reports in correlation to your territory marketing and sales plan.
The HDE Selling Sales Manager is responsible for creating a high performing selling culture and achieve this through store connectivity, development/coaching of team, Sales Consultant staffing and delivering world class customer service.
As an Account Manager you will be responsible for managing existing accounts, as well as the promotion and sales of industrial solutions to new and existing customers. Additional objectives include handling customer inquiries, recommending strategic solutions, in addition to developing and maintaining successful relationships with customers.
You will manage existing accounts and revenue (farming as we like to call it) 75% of the time and develop new business opportunities (hunt) 25% of the time. You will meet (and hopefully exceed) individual sales goals for new business with industrial and hazardous waste customers, while also retaining our current customers.
Work closely with large, strategic current and new customers to understand business needs and recommend continuous improvement and innovation plans that will maintain and grow sales within assigned territory.
