The Senior Project Manager, Technical Projects and Procurement is responsible for defining and driving a program management mentality, structure, and approach across the Technical organization, while championing a highly structured approach to technical procurement.
In this role, you will utilize project management/business software, applications, and solutions to create, schedule, and execute project work plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
In this role, the selected candidate will plan and execute capital improvement projects for expansion and/or upgrade of aluminum extrusion and rolling mill facilities; develop project scope, feasibility, cost estimates and schedule.
In this role, the selected candidate will manage project team activities; analyze complex business problems to provide appropriate solutions; implement solutions that leverage technology to accomplish stated strategic business objectives.
This position will involve building new client relationships, leading internal teams, developing a macro-market strategy, facilitating industry events, identifying opportunities to serve prospective client missions, and facilitating internal communication efforts.
