Responsible for the execution and maintenance of training programs impacting frontline agents across multiple owned and operated call centers and vendor operations, located both domestically and internationally.
Work with all levels of Network Development, Program Management, Engineering and Network Operations on construction projects for U.S. Tower Operations; manage budgets, schedules, vendors, site designs, material ordering, progress monitoring, site utility coordination and closeouts.
The Regional Agronomy Manager oversee the agronomic operations at our Missouri, Texas, and Louisiana operations, ensuring that we are producing high yielding and top quality crops. This role will lead and execute agronomic strategies for these locations, while providing technical expertise.

Manages branch service team associates and service supervisor(s). Reinforces service
standards by conducting quality control training and inspections; directs service
department to ensure customer growth through retention increase.
In this position, you will report to the Commercial Sales Manager. You will be part of a team of qualified Commercial Account Managers that will be responsible for acquisition, retention, and growth of our Commercial Customers.
You will manage existing accounts and revenue (farming as we like to call it) 75% of the time and develop new business opportunities (hunt) 25% of the time. You will meet (and hopefully exceed) individual sales goals for new business with industrial and hazardous waste customers, while also retaining our current customers.
