In this role, the selected candidate will develop annual business plan in support of organizational strategy and objectives; develop and implement plans to maximize sales and meet or exceed goals and objectives.
You will manage existing accounts and revenue (farming as we like to call it) 75% of the time and develop new business opportunities (hunt) 25% of the time. You will meet (and hopefully exceed) individual sales goals for new business with industrial and hazardous waste customers, while also retaining our current customers.
The RCM Sales Executive is responsible for selling Revenue Cycle management solutions and Debt Recovery Services to an assigned geographical region to Hospital, Medical Clinic, and Large Medical Practice prospects and clients.
Responsible for maintaining existing accounts and prospecting for new accounts in his/her assigned territory, as well as for overseeing daily operations in the territory, including supervision of Paintless Dent Removal (PDR), Paint, Wheel, and Interior Technicians.
In this position, you will report to the Commercial Sales Manager. You will be part of a team of qualified Commercial Account Managers that will be responsible for acquisition, retention, and growth of our Commercial Customers.
