The Training and Development Manager is responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of all organization development programs and initiatives for the Global Operations/Customer Care teams.
In this role, you will perform management level work overseeing all aspects of client specific, call-center training. Work is performed under general supervision. General supervision is exercised over subordinate personnel.
