In this role, the selected candidate will monitor Customer Experience - Partnering as a liaison between MLOs, Branch Leadership and Fulfillment to provide tangible improvements to customer experience and COT performance.
Develops and implements business plans under the Direction of the SVP Sales. Achieves sales quotas by driving sales team to deliver above market share growth through product sales introductions in assigned territory.
In this role, the candidate will provide management prompt communication on all sale activities and important developments in the sales region (sales reports, competitor information, lost business reports etc..).
In this role, you will assist the organization in meeting Profit Plan budget objectives by selling directly to customers in assigned market segment; The position requires an independent, self-motivated, innovative individual with good decision-making, technical understanding and communication skills.
