In this role, you will assist in the overall security of agency information systems. Responsible for operating and maintaining various security appliances such as network, web application, and email firewalls, intrusion protection, and network access control devices.
Responsible for diagnosing and resolving application issues to ensure optimal performance and usability for the various system users and providing root cause analysis with recommendations for improvements.
The Business Systems Analyst will take a leadership role in working with and liaising with business partners, other Technology Solutions organizations and external vendors to define the business and technical requirements at the program level.
The IA Analyst will report to the Office of Information Assurance and operate as an experienced information assurance consultant to SCDHHS leadership, business units, business partners, vendors, and other stakeholders.
Review and manage customer quality agreements and other quality system legal documents. Documents may include PO clauses, terms and conditions, business assessments and quality certifications. Facilitate the negotiation, update, exception and termination processes with sales and other internal departments.
The Systems Analyst will work with internal customers and end users to review and analyzes Engineering documentation and other inputs and develops models in a 3D object oriented software tool which are then used by internal customers to create accurate estimates, material lists and fabrication requirements for commercial architectural systems;
