The Senior Account Representative is an outside sales position, and is responsible for increasing the sales and margins of the company by calling on and building relationships with an assigned group of accounts.
Facilitates the reduction of process barriers, technology constraints, or resource constraints by directing and influencing the activities of other internal departments such as information technology, operations and business development.
Maintains records according to Agency standards to ensure that procedures are properly followed and that information is readily accessible; assist in the development of strong personal relationships with appropriate insurance carrier personnel.
Prospect/cold call in new markets to attract new business while maintaining and expanding services to existing clients; translate feature functionality of hardware and software into customer value added benefits.
Solve customer business challenges by aligning our solution set subsequent to creative research, investigation and understanding of customers business model, current and future technology needs and pains.
Ensure that the necessary environments and the most current demonstrable product release is available for use develop demonstration strategies to promote strategic features and capitalize on customer and market driven value propositions.
