Develops and executes strategic plans in collaboration with the appropriate stakeholders. Ability to build and establish solid working relationships by providing timely, accurate and high quality information to peers, subordinates, upper management and/or customers.
Develops short and long-range product line strategy plans including sales and profitability objectives and analysis of performance; monitors inventory and coordinates purchase and receipt in addition to arranging for service, warranty activity and delivery.
The Product Manager I is responsible for the continuous improvement and end to end management of assigned Company products, services and programs including features, benefits and characteristics that meet customer needs and are priced to meet the Company profit and loss objectives.
Responsible for managing the technical staff that provides Tier I/II/III operational support for Windstream's Data network. The technical staff will respond to alert/alarm conditions via the NOCs fault management system, reported issues and conditions via telephone calls or trouble tickets created by other Windstream functional groups, IXCs and other connecting companies.
Oversee all aspects of the manufacturing operation from order receipt to final delivery, including: subassembly and raw materials purchase, stocking, warehousing, assembly, testing, rework, quality control, delivery, and customer acceptance.
Simultaneously managing multiple projects through all phases of production including oversight of in house design teams creating industry leading electro-mechanical machinery, subcontractors manufacturing and fabricating custom components, product assembly teams and final product testing engineers before systems ship to client facility.
