The Quality Assurance Manager is responsible for safeguarding product safety and quality while meeting Company and regulatory standards, and has oversight responsibility for a continuous quality improvement program that includes quality control and quality assurance.
In this role, the candidate will serve as a technical and information source to the plant staff, Manufacturing Supply/Purchasing, Publix Certified Supplier Program, other Publix departments, industry affiliates, regulatory agencies and customers.
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for monitoring and distributing the local hospital's ongoing quality metrics and other key data management through data review and analysis, clinical staff education, and tracking implementation of strategies.

In this position, you will support of production department in definition, execution and assuring of the production sequence and associated processes (Worker instructions, incorrect or defective parts processing, 5S, etc.)
In this role, the selected candidate will lead all manufacturing sites efforts to ensure customer quality performance expectations and requirements are effectively managed; lead implementation of customer requirements at the manufacturing sites including coordinating/leading customer visits and acting as liaison with vendors to ensure their products meet the needs of the company & customer requirements.
This position works with other management, plans cross-functional efforts, implements quality and process standards, and provides the team with leadership and day-to-day management to accomplish on-time and efficient delivery of high-quality software products and/or data.
In this role, you will be responsible for release of raw material, production support, finished product, and stability samples - Author and review laboratory investigation reports, deviations, and technical documents - Perform forecasting for resource and stability needs.
In this position, you will review all Medicare and other episodic payers clinical records at the local level to assure appropriate documentation for reimbursement. This review includes verification of appropriate documentation, quality of care provided, visits utilization, appropriate contacts with physicians, adherence to the care plan, and evidence of communication between disciplines.
Lead internal audits, coordinate third-party audits, resolve customer complaints, lead continuous improvement projects, manage the calibration system, help establish product specs and support Production through SPC and advanced statistical analysis.
Assists with and follows-up on non-conformances, investigations, complaints, etc. Assures that issues are resolved in a timely manner and corrective actions are implemented and monitor effectiveness to prevent recurrence.
