In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for all marketing activities for our Financial Control Solutions (FCS) business line, comprising the Frontier Reconciliation and Accurate Reconciliation products.
The marketing automation manager is responsible for helping shape and drive our marketing automation strategy, as well as optimizing our marketing automation platform (marketo) as the engine to our global demand generation campaigns.
Performs the traditional Product Marketing functions of product support and promotion; pricing and sales deal escalation; creating collateral (with others) and placing on web and in print; and general liaison with headquarters.
The successful candidate will have a diverse set of responsibilities. Under minimal direction, the individual will be responsible for the functions below and will play an important role in driving overall operational business process changes to support growth, efficiency, and quality.
This position exists to understand and respond to the content and technology needs of targeted customer segments or other business opportunities and to develop tactical plans to serve these constituencies. Included in this position is the development of business cases, content, and technology product development plans.
In this role, the selected candidate must have an experience in putting together training manuals for IT products that go into implementation; own the product and manage any changes needed and address questions from users.
Create and ensure that effective management review processes are in place in order to achieve performance goals related to EHS, financial, operations, quality, employee development, and operational management targets.
Manage the financial center operations Provide oversight on all operational activities including transaction accuracy and execution of operational leadership tasks Identify risks, prioritize areas of focus, educate associates on avoiding risks and create action plans Ensure that in the event of a new procedure, product, or operational change, associates are informed and are properly executing the change Track/manage service and operational performance metrics through monitoring of daily activities and reports.
