Responsible for gathering data from various systems and sources to perform financial analysis, trending, forecasting, and business impact. Reviews data for enterprise wide Customer Care operations, programs and initiatives that support and enhance the Company's commitment to customer satisfaction and revenue growth.
Understand the needs of the merchant and consumer for retail & hospitality for small business by participating in both quantitative and qualitative analysis of the existing customer journey to identify new opportunities to satisfy and improve.
The Operations Analyst will provide support in the areas including but not limited to vendor relationships, training and computing and analyzing reports. This position will also identify and solve customer and process problems.
Identify manufacturing raw material needs and evaluate (and sometimes suggest) suppliers. This will include driving new material supplier identification, quantities, analytical specifications, sample requirements, and production requirements.
