In this role, you will manage and lead the hourly electrical/instrument hourly employees on the day shift in the Paper and Board department to meet the safety, environmental, production, maintenance downtime, quality and cost goals of the Paper, Board and Maintenance departments.
In this role, the selected candidate will oversee the day-to-day operations of employees in the maintenance shop; coordinate and supervise all maintenance work and repairs, and monitors progress and quality.
In this role, the selected candidate will prioritize, plan and organize work requests and trouble calls in an efficient and effective manner; inspects all maintenance processes and evaluates the work of subordinates.
In this role, you will supervise assembly operations, directing the day-to-day operations of work groups to ensure timely completion of work while maintaining quality, safety, and concise and up to date records. The selected candidate will be developing process improvements to the production process.
In this role, you will plan and directly supervise work execution for : Machine Shop, Mobile Equipment, Heavy Equipment, Pump/Gear, Crane crew, Tool House, and Facility Maintenance (including contract plumbing and pest control).
