In this role, you will be coordinating and leading all aspects of the sales cycle including: prospecting, cold calling, following up on leads, setting appointments, creating needs assessments, ROI analysis, providing and presenting prospects with proposals and contracts, reading buying signals, handling objections, and closing the sale.
This position is responsible for retaining and growing UPS Small Package customer business. He/she uses available resources to learn customers businesses, identify business needs, and proactively contact customers to position UPSs Small Package products and services to meet their needs.
In this role, the selected candidate will prospect for new business through cold calls, networking, research, and supplier collaboration; identify segments where sales are successful and target companies to pursue.
The GCC (Global Commercial Channel) relationship sales account professional is an individual contributor who is responsible for recommending the total Dell solution (products and services) to retention, development and acquisition partners.
