Work closely with plant medical to administer the short term or long term disability program, return to work requirements, ensuring accurate communication between employee, management, and corporate medical services.
Partners with regional HR functional teams including Leadership and Development, Talent Management and HR Operations to efficiently implement, administer and deliver region-wide Human Resource programs, processes, projects and change management objectives.
The HRBP is responsible for aligning to critical business needs and coordinating the completion of key HR Processes (merit planning, performance reviews, employee recognition programs etc.) for their assigned client group.
Assist with or coordinate the resolution of specific policy-related and procedural problems and inquiries.Conduct orientation sessions for new employees to explain personnel policies, compensation, and benefit programs.
