Manage and participate in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies and staffing levels, applicant evaluation, interview and selection process, and related tasks ( e.g. reference checking offer letters, etc. ).
The ability to understand business goals and recommend new approaches, policies and procedures to effect continual improvements in business objectives, productivity and development of HR within the company.
Work with HRIS integration SMEs to monitor payroll integrations, troubleshoot and perform vigorous root cause analysis for complex interface errors in Workday and 3rd party payroll-related vendors so that problem resolution can be reached before any impacts to payroll or business processes are experienced.
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for leading, implementing and delivery of Human Resources strategies, policies, and services that create, support and sustain the plant operations.
