The Human Resource Generalist is responsible for providing comprehensive consultation and support on all human resource and talent management needs. This position will actively partner with management and associates to enable a high performance culture through HR initiatives.
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for maintaining compliance with Family and Medical leave, disability leave, and leaves of absence; work to maintain current, efficient policies that are effectively communicated to employees.
The Human Resources Generalist assists the assigned location(s) in deploying human resource management practices and policies that support the strategies and HR requirements of the business while also being the initial point of contact for employee relations issues.
In this role, the selected candidate facilitates group activities including meetings, training programs, team building events and change management efforts utilizing effective facilitation methods and techniques.
