The Data Analyst will work on a cross-functional teams in the client communications of analytical results, insights, and the development of recommendations through comparative benchmarking and lean six sigma approaches.
In this role, you will be working with business process owners, business SME's, business leaders and IT teams to conduct analysis of the reporting / business intelligence tool requirements, planning, design and managing implementation and testing of the report / dashboards and analytics.
In this role, the selected candidate will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to define reporting requirements for the clients integrated marketing campaigns, including Print, Email, Social and SEO.
The Data Analyst creates final reports and additional report deliverables for all product lines. This position uses programs such as Word, Excel, Power Point, SPSS, SPSS Survey Reporter, and Adobe Acrobat. The analyst works with key Operations and Sales staff to meet client deadlines and reporting requirements. The Data Analyst engages in quality control activities through the review of select reports, data files, and client deliverables.
