This Marketing and Communications Manager is responsible for coordinating with executive team, interactive, marketing, and product management to develop and execute communications strategies, messaging and collateral, as well as working on broader corporate initiatives, including ongoing internal communications and publisher communications.
In this role, the selected candidate will build and cultivate relationships with ADP learning leadership, corporate marketing, HR communications, competitive intelligence and other groups/leaders critical to the success of this position.
In this role, you will manage, develop and design advertising for various markets. The selected candidate will also design, develop and manage strategic events such as product launches and sales conferences.
In this role, the selected candidate will create a structured change management implementation strategy to ensure consistency with every stakeholder, employee, project team and BU that the program or project touches.
In this role, you will contribute to long range strategic planning for the department and enterprise learning organization. Defines enterprise learning brand and marketing strategy to support organization and business goals. Develops and implements plans to execute on department and cross-functional organizational goals and strategies.
In this position, you will be responsible for the performance of standardized comprehensive needs assessment, determination of available benefits and resources; and development and implementation of a plan of care for assigned patients that includes performance goals, monitoring, follow-up and outreach activities.
In this role, you will works in concert with the director of marketing communications, fellow departmental marcom specialists and managers, graphic & web designers, product managers & engineers to support and assist in the introduction of new lighting controls programs.
