In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for assembling project plans and teamwork assignments, directing and monitoring work efforts on a daily basis, identifying resource needs, performing quality review; and escalating functional, quality, timeline issues appropriately.
The Clinical Informatics Manager provides leadership in the coordination and enhancement of staff performance and the coordination, integration and accomplishment of clinical information system projects and department goals.
In this role, you will work with foster children, their family/guardian, and foster parents to ensure the provision of comprehensive case management services. Must be able to conduct intake placements, advocate for clients in court, conduct home visits, assess needs of children and families, transport clients as required, and complete required paperwork. Must be able to manage crisis situations as they arise.
Under the direction of the therapeutic foster care supervisor, the Case Manager will work with foster children, their family/guardian, and foster parents to ensure the provision of comprehensive case management services.
