The Industrial Sales Manager will be responsible for the sales initiatives of all Water and Wastewater products. Ensuring profit margins are maintained along with motivation and territorial prospects are contacted regularly to acquire the contracts for equipment build, installation and service.
To manage and maximize service and retention efforts with assigned clients to achieve disciplined and profitable growth and retention; this will be accomplished through the development of strong relationships, proactive actions, achievement of operation goals, while maximizing efficiencies.
Promote assigned products to the specification community including architects, engineers, lighting designers, interiors and others. Educate the specifiers and the sales agency personnel, assist in getting specifications written and follow from specs all the way to the order. Identify and target key lighting specification influences by activity in various associations and educational opportunities.
Responsible for developing and coordinating the Ducting & Sealing and Conveyance Business Unit top Line Aftermarket Sales Plan, including new capture efforts and needed resources to support such efforts.
Develops and implements business plans under the Direction of the SVP Sales. Achieves sales quotas by driving sales team to deliver above market share growth through product sales introductions in assigned territory.
The Account Manager is responsible for building new business and managing accounts within their assigned territories, ensuring maximum customer support and satisfaction as well as achievement of their target revenue.
Responsible for developing and coordinating the top Line Sales Plan, including new capture efforts and needed resources to support such efforts, for customers in the Americas and across the Ducting & Sealing and Conveyance Business Units.
