The primary function of the Sales Operations Program Manager position is to support the GES Sales organization by developing, executing and supporting a mix of programs and initiatives that align with ADP's MVV, support the SIG (Simplify, Innovate, Grow) pillars, all culminating in the creation and drive of new market share for all ADP products and services; inclusive of sales effectiveness.

In this position, you will ensure proper financial project set up including WBS structure in line with approved project budget and internal contractual arrangements. Set up of a financial performance plan for the project based on the planned delivery schedule and manage it throughout the project execution phase.
