The Sr. Application Developer works as a senior member of an applications development team within the client's Technology Development department creating user information solutions by developing, implementing, and maintaining Internet/intranet applications; and leading a team of developers.
This role is responsible for the deployment and management of general corporate applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in application management and deployment in a heterogenous OS environment.
In this role, you will identify technical marketing requirements for the development of new products or enhancing existing products or product lines. The selected candidate will support the development of business plans and product introduction plans on a regional basis.

The Applications Developer performs duties and tasks to support full systems life cycle management (e.g., analyses, technical requirements, design, coding, testing, implementation of systems and applications software, etc.). He/She performs tasks within planned durations and established deadlines.

Research new attack vectors in the retail, hospitality and financial industries and in the application security field in general.
In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring all application support activities for backend IT applications including trouble shooting, performance monitoring, recommendation of resolution, installation and script/code writing.
The Java Application Developer is responsible for developing software applications solutions for ADP's external and internal clients. May be involved in all aspects of the software development life cycle (SDLC). Will work with clients, product managers analysts, architects and engineers to plan, design, develop, test and implement information technology solutions consistent with the business objective.
