The Staff Accountant will play an integral role in monthly/quarterly/annual closes, developing and providing ad hoc requests from the senior leadership team (SLT), and closely supports the Manager of Accounting in all matters as required.
Maintain assigned general ledger or subsidiary ledger accounts by reviewing documents to ensure accuracy of information and calculations, preparing supporting schedules, recording appropriate journal entries consistent with US GAAP, and reconciling on a monthly basis.
The selected candidate will be responsible for accounting activities relating to the maintenance of a complete and accurate general ledger and the resultant managerial reports and financial statements.
The Accountant is responsible for performing cost accounting functions including cost estimating, standard costing, variance analysis, budgeting and financial forecasting Area manufacturing facilities.

Searching for a/n 3+ years accounting experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment with a strong skill base in inventory reconciliation, cost analysis and month end close to develop and conduct studies for the evaluation and improvement of costs associated.
Responsible for providing cost and general accounting support for monthly close process, budgeting, cost analysis, maintenance of accurate bill of materials and may be responsible for balance sheet reconciliation.
