In this role you will be working closely with key end user customers including electrical and industrial contractors. In addition, this person will need to have the ability to grow business and build relations at all customer levels including end users (90% of time) and key distributor personnel (10% of time).
The selected candidate will include, but are not limited to, assisting customers over the phone and in the field with technical questions and diagnosing problems as well as training customers on use of systems.
In this role, you will be responsible for following up on collections and outstanding invoices by contacting agency and collections department; serving as main point of contact in the department for the agency, stations and traffic.

As an independent contractor, you will sell our lead-generation marketing tool/custom-branded publication business-to-business. Buyers primarily include real estate-related businesses, title companies, escrow companies, developers, financial institutions, realtor associations/boards, individual realtors, mortgage brokers, and other companies interested in a lead-generation tools and/or a branded resource/relocation guide.
