In this role, you will provide in advance, a call schedule including, but not limited to; demonstrations / presentations, closing appointments, training, cold calling, account maintenance, travel and follow up. Provide your RSM with a target account list of your target 25 customers and review activities monthly.
Responsibilities include securing new business leads through a variety of channels, conducting virtual and live presentations around our solutions and capabilities, building consensus, and negotiating and closing long-term agreements with enterprise accounts.
In this role, you will oversee the sales, business development, customer relations, outside sales rep activities and engage in hands-on activities in each of these areas as required. Assisting in planning and ensuring the effective execution of business unit sales and market development strategies for assigned territory.
In this role, the selected candidate will work closely with existing manufacturer's reps throughout the territory while maintaining and growing the relationships with the electrical wholesale distributors.
The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) is responsible for meeting or exceeding the territorys orders budget, discovering new opportunities and customers, while cultivating a relationship and assessing their needs.
