In this role, you will be responsible for
planning activities, including participation in design reviews and Failure Mode Effects Analysis (FMEAs), author and manage control plans and shop floor quality documents.
The Quality Engineer will drive the quality assurance activities in the manufacturing plant. Work with multi-functional teams to develop and implement quality initiatives and make recommendations for improvements.
In this role, the selected candidate will contribute to the definition, development and implementation of quality assurance practices and procedures and other QA assessments; adhere to the standards and best practices within the Agile Scrum methodology.
In this role, the selected candidate will evaluate and audit critical training and inspection processes, policies and procedures to ensure that performance and quality standards conform to established requirements.
In this role, the selected candidate will provide technical support for Assembly/Test/Inspection personnel to include executing workmanship improvement plans, developing inspection methods and criteria, specifying appropriate sampling plans, interpreting and revising specifications, and processing non-conforming materials.
In this role, you will use automation and performance testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Parasol, HP Enterprise UFT, Test Complete, Load Runner) in developing test scripts and the analysis of test results.
In this role, the selected candidate will establish fact based measurements of test efficiency, effectiveness and product readiness; participate in all aspects of testing: unit, integration, functional, regression, load/performance, automation and system testing.
