Provide IT service management analysis and implementation support to the strategic planning, design, development, transition, and operations of Navy and Joint networking activities towards a multivendor outsourcing contract recompete.
Development of technical specifications, building of adapters, mapping, configuration, debugging, testing and documenting all integration programs to support the successful handoff to an application development support organization upon project completion.
Serve as a technical resource and the central point of contact for technical and functional issues with supported systems such as computer and printer hardware, operating systems, telephones, network devices, audio/visual equipment and enterprise applications.
Implement Risk Management Framework (RMF), through the required government policy (i.e., NISPOM, JSIG, ICD etc.), make recommendations on process tailoring, participate in and document process activities.
