In this role, you will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative, technical, and professional work in administering and managing plant personnel functions including compensation, recruitment selection, benefits, counseling, worker's compensation.
In this role, you will plan, develop, and direct implementation of policies and procedures to ensure consistent delivery of compensation programs, training and development programs, employment programs, and employee services programs.
This person develop and maintain successful working relationships with management team in order to influence and provide effective HR processes, advice and support.
Provide proactive coaching, consultation and direction to management in areas of employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation and overall organizational effectiveness.
