Provide consultation on talent management, recruiting and selection of new hires, employee relations, performance management, safety, education / training, work systems, change management, compensation, and diversity and compliance requirements.
This position will lead the implementation of SSC HR programs. Responsibilities include culture/recognition, recruiting, leadership development, HR strategy development and execution, organizational design, change management, diversity, and HR special projects.
Build relationships with employees of all levels and become a trusted advisor, motivator, and confidant for areas including (but not limited to) job satisfaction, career planning, compensation, and conflict resolution.
Responsible for performing a variety of administrative, technical, and professional work in administering and managing plant personnel functions including compensation, recruitment selection, benefits, counseling, worker's compensation.
