In this role, you will be able to pass welding certification test and become qualified as a CDL Driver if required. Be willing to attend all required training and perform work in the field when necessary.
The Project Engineer is responsible for ensuring that all managed equipment is properly positioned on the Network Management platform(s) and all data necessary for its support found within the Customer Database(s) of Record.
In this role, the selected candidate will provide post-sale implementation and technical guidance to customers/partners; complete environment investigation and work directly with Engineering/DevOps to resolve customer issues.
In this role, you will include customer interaction to determine business and technical requirements of a project, creation of technical documentation, and the involvement in deployment and support of software solutions.
