You will participate in both early technology research and product development. You will be actively contributing your knowledge of modern software development techniques and technology on diverse platforms and architectures.
Provide technical support to our customers and our staff for the following product lines ( anchor systems, concrete repair, protect & strengthening, systems and cold - formed steel commercial connectors ).
Orders will be input into the manufacturing system once approval received. Must generate proper documentation to accompany the job through the manufacturing process, including the Front End Review, Drawings, and others. Will address any questions or issues related to the paperwork or the job itself.

This candidate will focus on support issues for shipping products. Working directly with our customer support specialists to reproduce field issues, document them for engineering to take the appropriate corrective action, communicate status updates to the customer support specialists and deliver a solution once a resolution has been determined.
Software Applications Engineer must have customer interaction to determine business and technical requirements of a project, creation of technical documentation, and the involvement in deployment and support of software solutions.
Performs support tasks to include comprehensive analysis of issues including implementation of solution, whether fix or enhancement. Follows all production change management procedures related to the application being modified or created.
Develop and maintain strong working relationships with customers, authorized service shops, other service organizations, and product business units to assure customer satisfaction. Incumbent demonstrates an awareness of customer needs, preferences, and time and financial constraints.
Work in the office to assist in creating and compiling field information into a report for submittal to the client. This would include review of field information and interpret of the information provided.
