A successful outside sales rep will be consultative, selling IT Service Management SaaS solutions to new clients. Solutions he or she recommends will meet client needs, solve client problems, and satisfy client objectives in clients best interests.
In this role, the selected candidate must have the ability to work with customers to identify long and short term needs; ability to work with a broad range of solution options (services and products) to prepare proposals for clients.
Responsibilities include securing new business leads through a variety of channels, conducting virtual and live presentations around our solutions and capabilities, building consensus, and negotiating and closing long-term agreements with enterprise accounts.
The Strategic Account Manager will have extensive experience in the warehouse management, supply chain and/or distribution, and drive solution enterprise solution sales targeting strategic net new accounts.
