Manage employee development and training while maintaining a high level of motivation for all warehouse personnel. Responsibility for staffing, conducting performance appraisals, recommending promotions, salary increases, terminations, disciplinary actions, etc. for warehouse personnel.
In this role, the selected candidate will drive operations and customer experience metrics by engaging staff on business strategy and performance results; evaluate key performance indicators to identify opportunities for improvement.
