The Field Application Engineer primary responsibility is to meet/exceed Regional Revenue and New Business Opportunity Wins plan in assigned territory and through teaming with channel partners at designated accounts.

In this role, you will develop and deliver technical trainings to global delivery partners as well as other TAC teams. Work with software engineering to improve product quality by filing software defects and testing fixes.
In this position, you will be responsible for providing first and second level support for external and internal customers; prioritizing, diagnosing, and managing customer reported problems including writing thorough, detailed problem descriptions; preparing and reviewing written documentation.
In this role, the selected candidate will translate detailed specifications into production-ready code, delivering leading edge geospatial solutions to our clients through desktop applications, web browsers, phones and tablets.
In this role, the selected candidate will act as the primary point of contact with project staff and clients to support the batch operations of assigned projects by analyzing production work flows, making recommendations to improve job schedule performance, providing rapid support during outages, and providing workload automation forecasts.
