This candidate will focus on support issues for shipping products. Working directly with our customer support specialists to reproduce field issues, document them for engineering to take the appropriate corrective action, communicate status updates to the customer support specialists and deliver a solution once a resolution has been determined.
Software Applications Engineer must have customer interaction to determine business and technical requirements of a project, creation of technical documentation, and the involvement in deployment and support of software solutions.
You'll work with and support the engineering teams to build and maintain the development and deployment infrastructure. You'll be part of building highly automated and scalable systems that service our customers needs.
You will participate in both early technology research and product development. You will be actively contributing your knowledge of modern software development techniques and technology on diverse platforms and architectures.
Responsible for development of high-performance, customer-specific web-based applications using entellitrak- MicroPacts, open architecture, unified platform for Case Management and Business Process Management solutions.
Orders will be input into the manufacturing system once approval received. Must generate proper documentation to accompany the job through the manufacturing process, including the Front End Review, Drawings, and others. Will address any questions or issues related to the paperwork or the job itself.
Performs support tasks to include comprehensive analysis of issues including implementation of solution, whether fix or enhancement. Follows all production change management procedures related to the application being modified or created.
