In this role, you will write clear and concise documentation and manuals that show an in-depth understanding of the product and documentation requirements as well as being suitable for the documentations intended audience.
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for creating and writing various types of user documentation, including how-to guides, references, manuals, cheat sheets, instructions or management presentations. Researches, develops and maintains routine to complex systems documentation.
In this role, you will work with the technical writing team to create technical documentation that can be re-used throughout different business units. Assist in creating a process/strategy for documentation re-use across many business groups. This includes version-control and product upgrades/updates.
