The technical support analyst provides excellent customer service to our approximately 1,100 plus users requiring frequent interactions with internal customers, direct reports, peers, vendors, and management.
In this role, the selected candidate will act as a single point of contact for phone calls emails and Chat regarding IT issues and queries; receiving, logging and managing calls from internal staff via telephone email and chat.
In this role, you will create and execute test plans based on requirements. Work fluidly with application developers, database developers and product owner on a daily basis. Relate to software developers and DBAs on technical level.
